How do I place an order?

What happens after I click "Place Order"?

After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation pop-up and be redirected to the home page. You will then receive a confirmation email containing your order number and complete order details sent to the email address provided during checkout.

How do I complete my payment?

What should I put in the payment memo?

Include ONLY your Order Number.

Please do NOT include:

• Product names
• Peptide names
• Product abbreviations
• Any references to products or research items

When will my order be processed?
